  31. Why was it created?
  32.  
  33.     Once again there was a program on telly, which reminded
  34.     of this 'year 2000 bug' (computers going berserk when we
  35.     enter to the next millennium). So I decided to make a clock
  36.     which would show how much time the PCs (and bad software)
  37.     have left.

  39. How do you mean next millennium?
  40.  
  41.     As a programmer, I (very logically) think that decades
  42.     begin with year 0 and end in year 9, just as table indices
  43.     in programming languages. So year 2000 is the beginning
  44.     of a new millennium and not an end of this one.

  46. How do I use it?
  47.  
  48.     Just run it and let it tell you the time! :)

  50. The clock window
  51.  
  52.     On the top of the window, you can see current date and time.
  53.  
  54.     On the bottom of the window, there's a counter which shows
  55.     how much it is 'til year 2000.
  56.  
  57.     In the middle is a clock display. The longest hand (I want to
  58.     say pointer!) which is blue, shows you the seconds of current
  59.     minute. The shorter hand (white) shows you the minutes of the
  60.     day. And the shortest hand (colour varies depending of the
  61.     year) shows you how many days has passed since 1-Jan-97.
